fileAI bills for what you process, with no limits on users or workspaces. Billing can be monthly or annual. New self-serve workspaces start on a trial so you can try fileAI before you commit. For current prices and plan details, see the pricing page.

See your plan and usage

Review your account

The page shows your current plan and credits, storage used, file types in the workspace, import and export counts, and a usage breakdown (upload date and time, processing time, cost).

Check your subscription from the API

GET /v1/subscription returns the same plan, credit and usage figures for the workspace your API key belongs to. Set FILEAI_BASE_URL to https://api.orion.file.ai/prod/v1, or your regional host.

What is metered

Usage is counted per product: For prices, see the pricing page.

When you run out of credits

Keep processing by either:
  • making a one-time top-up, or
  • turning on automatic top-ups so your balance stays active.
Manage both from Settings > Billing.

Upgrade to Enterprise

The Enterprise plan adds custom credit options, dedicated support and enterprise features such as custom-trained models, unlimited schemas, private cloud or on-premise deployment, workflow orchestration and an uptime SLA. To upgrade, contact sales through the Enterprise form.
