The Notifications feature allows you to receive automated email alerts based on file activity and workflow conditions. Instead of manually monitoring files, you can create rules that trigger notifications when specific criteria are met. This ensures the right people are informed at the right time. When a file is processed, the system checks it against your notification rules. If the conditions are met, an email is sent to the selected recipients. Each rule is also linked to a verified AI Schema, which defines the conditions, data fields, and recipients used for the notification.  The key benefits here is this helps streamline your workflows by reducing manual monitoring and automating notifications based on your document data.
